Structure based on recognised for years retort burner idea joined with feeding screw of wide power range. Feeding set is ready for assembly in heat exchangers of 75% efficiency and usually is installed in central heating boilers. The feeder is perfect to be installed both with new boilers as well as chamber type boilers already in use and can be adopted to the most of solid fuel boilers manufactured in Poland. Installing feeder to the existing charger boiler it can be easily changed in simple and cheap way for comfortable boiler with automatic feeder.

Automatic Fuel Feeder Set joined with feeder, ventilator and microprocessor controller, combines storing and automatic fuel feeding system giving the most economical burning process in continuous way.

Fuel transportation from tank to a retort burner is realized with a screw feeder.

A crucible located over the centre pushes fuel for fire grate. Fuel delivered by screw feeder is evenly spread over the crucible and subsequently on burning up grate making fuel heap divided for burning zones. Ventilator delivers adequate quantity of air necessary for burning. Screw revolutions can be adjusted thanks to installed microprocessor controller depending on demanded boiler heat output. Quantity of air is adjusted according to screw revolutions. Fuel slowly released from the crucible buns in phases, i.e. drying and heating, volatile bodies, coke burning, oxygen reduction, coal burning out from slag. In order to avoid defects and shutdowns of hearth the fuel should be carefully selected, well washed as the best, because stoppages can occur caused by brakeage of a split pin or drawing screw key.

Feeder is manufactured in six versions:

Pea coal - the feeder prepared for eco-pea coal burning with possibility to add up to 50% of sub-grain (pea coal mixed with fine coal in proportion 1/1).
Rotary pea coal (R) - the feeder prepared for eco-pea coal burning with possibility to add up to 50% of sub-grain (pea coal mixed with fine coal in proportion 1/1) with moving rotating grate allowing burning fuels assortments with higher sinterability. 
Fine coal (M) - the feeder prepared for burning eco-pea and fine coal in unrestricted proportions.
Rotary fine coal (MR) - the feeder prepared for burning eco-pea and fine coal in unrestricted proportions with moving rotating grate allowing burning fuels assortments with higher sinterability.
Cast iron fine coal (MŻ) - the feeder prepared for burning eco-pea and fine coal in unrestricted proportions equipped with cast iron burner.
Rotary cast iron coal (MŻR) - the feeder prepared for burning eco-pea and fine coal in unrestricted proportions with moving rotating grate allowing burning fuels assortments with higher sinterability equipped with cast iron burner.
